Three Gold Medals for Albanian Creators in Brussels

Merita Jaha was awarded the Gold Medal at the European Academy of Arts' 36th Salon in Gembloux, Belgium — one of only three gold medals given among 252 exhibiting artists from across Europe, 26 of them Albanian. Silver went to painter and professor Hajrush Fazliu, and bronze to Gembi Xerxa.
